Its listed contracts are AI coding agents, programming languages, runtimes and open-source projects, and their prices move with each project's real activity on GitHub: stars, pushes, merged pull requests and releases, fed through a market simulator. It's a game played with play money. Every trader starts with 50,000 HMX, which has no real-world value and can't be bought, sold or withdrawn. Prices are simulated, and nothing in HackMarket is financial advice. Other traders only see the username you pick. HackMarket runs on iPhone, iPad and Mac, in 19 languages, and your account goes with you.
