So, here I’ve been stuck for two hours trying to recover my old email account, and it's been a total nightmare. They got my info wrong, including my birthday! After they pushed me from one service to another, I should’ve just added two-factor authentication from the start. It would’ve saved me all this trouble. With 2FA, I’d have my account secured and back in no time, no need to worry about constant changes or losing access again. Honestly, nothing beats having that peace of mind click and paste the otp tokens!

The "Contact Us" feature is a great addition! It allows users to easily reach the customer support team and report any issues they encounter with the mobile app. I can select the category of my issue and provide a detailed description, making it simple for the support team to understand and address my concerns. Before, it was hard to keep everyone in the loop about new features in the app since there was no way to share announcements in our chat groups. Now, with the new enhancement, we can see promotion messages with images or videos about updates right in the ChitChat/Notifications section.
