Create a hangout, choose a few possible days and a shared time range, then mark when you’re free. Share the invitation with your friends—right from Messages or with a private link—and everyone can add their availability in a simple visual timeline. Once responses arrive, Hangouter highlights the best times for the group and shows response progress, so you can decide without a long stream of back-and-forth messages. The organizer can send a reminder to friends who haven’t replied, adjust the expected group size, and lock in the final plan. Live updates keep the group in sync as availability changes. With the Hangouter iMessage extension, you can create, share, and respond to plans without leaving your conversation.
