App has little bugs that need fixing
The app is easy to navigate but few things wrong. The app overlaps the iPhone X display. Also when you look at your insurance card, I have multiple names and cars on the insurance when I click on any car, it just shows the first persons name. That should get fixed, should have each car registered to the actual driver. Or at least all names.
App NEEDS an UPDATE
Just downloaded this app so that I could pay our annual auto/homeowners’ insurance policy. I have not had much experience with the app but I’m aware of at least two significant issues that require fixes.
Issue 1: I opted to use “Face ID,” which can be very convenient but perhaps not in this case. When using the “Log Out” feature the app does not automatically shut down, instead it quickly goes to Face ID scan, staying open. This glitch could pose a security risk, and is why I’ve assigned only 2 stars.
Issue 2: Immediately after paying the bill the bottom of next page showed “Load Error,” which seemed to disable the Print feature. Although not my preferred method, I was able to take a screenshot to use for my files.
On the bright side, all I had to do to initiate the app was to sign in. Our policy info immediately populated the app so that payment was fast and efficient.
When the two above items are fixed I’ll be glad to give a high rating.
Good mobile app and functionality
Nice app. Very impressive font selection. Easy on eyes. I can view all my policy details, pay bills, all related contact info for hanover, agents. Good information for roadside assistance too.
But the app currently lacking Claims though. Hope Hanover will add this in future.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
