** This app is a companion app for Spytec and Hapn hardware. The Hapn GPS App provides peace of mind through secure, accurate, and reliable GPS tracking software. Our user-friendly platform includes real-time alerts and in-depth insights to better monitor your vehicles, valuables, and loved ones, and anything you choose to track using our trackers. LATEST FEATURES: Access your Hapn GPS account using the same credentials used on the web platform or create a new Hapn GPS account for free, and add your devices later. Track and zoom into all the devices on your account with an edge-to-edge map. Select any device to lock in the advanced aerial view of your tracker paired with a smart card that brings you weather info, nearby places, and satellite imagery of your tracker’s location. Quickly change between map styles according to your preferences, and toggle on and off smart map objects like boundaries and recent activities. Scroll through your Activity Feed to know everything about any recent or past activity monitored by your tracker. Narrow down your activities by trips, stops, distance, duration, and even by specific tracker, within any date range. Monitor all the important events with the Alert Feed. From low battery, speeding, trip details, boundary events, and many more, you can narrow down and sort your alerts by tracker, alert type, and date range. Receive push notifications based on your configurations and permissions.

I didn’t know what to expect from this app and tracking device I just bought. Well I’m pleased to say it not only works perfect, it does everything these claim it does and the nice part is the battery life is holding up way better than they even said. It’s been going for 6 days and it’s still reads 89% left. The reporting the updates that the app gives you is awesome and it’s very informed and detailed as much as you would like it to be. Thanks guys I will tell everyone about you. Great price for a great product and service

Customer service was great to help me to setup the gps, then I bought the service and everything works exactly how I need. Sometimes is a bit slow but no big deal. Battery has a 4/5 days life but I used intensively. Be waterproof is solid maybe a lil big to hide, has two passages on the back o use a Velcro. Magnets could be stronger, you need to find a clean spot. In general is a good solution, with more effective magnets could be near to perfection. Worth the money.

Customer service was great to help me to setup the gps, then I bought the service and everything works exactly how I need. Sometimes is a bit slow but no big deal. Safari failed to auto-save my password while setting up my account. With a functional system, this wouldn’t be a big deal. However, SpyTec’s site never actually sends you the password reset email, despite being able to send you a receipt for service payment (service that you can’t access) and emails from the completely useless chatbot. If this company doesn’t have a back-end that can even handle password resets, why should anyone trust it to be handle tracking?EDIT: I have been waiting almost 5 days now for SpyTec to have someone give me a temp password so I can reset the acct. They can email me marketing messages, the chatbot can email me, they can respond to bad reviews here, but for some reason they can’t email me a password reset.

It is a great tracker battery charge last about 8 days and even when it is low battery and you do get alerts for that is does a great job wry accurate, the only complaint and it is completelyFrustrating is they make you sign back in numerous times so you could be out and you’re just quickly trying to check in and all of a sudden you have to sign in all over again I think once you’re signed into your device you should not have to constantly be signing in numerous times they need to really work on that
