Quincy HarborOne is the Best Customer Service Ever! I’ve had a few banks over all my life and HarborOne is the best by far. The crew there are amazing each and everyone. Joseph the bank manager, God sent me him when I was looking for a new bank, he walked into the food pantry I was volunteering at (12) years. He was making a large cash donation to our pantry. He told me who was and where the donation was from HarborOne.I told him I just got a large settlement and looking for a new bank and he gave me his card.John was very nice and it was so easy to open up an account and a 7 month ERA.He’s a funny, sincere, and caring person.Joel is easy to talk to and knows his business. Mari is so sweet and knows her banking business! She has helped me a lot.They all have. I’ve referred a bunch of people and my family. They are all the reasons I just love HarborOne andEnded all my other banks. HarborOne is the Best bank ever!

Harborone is an absolutely horrible bank with very shady business practices, and outdated technology, and sold out at minimum their customer service overseas. This used to be a local bank in my area. If you’d call you would literally speak to a person down the street from your house. Not anymore. When I call customer service now it’s India or some other country, always. Which is a major security concern to have unregulated countries where there’s lots of scams have access to your information. ON TOO OF THAT, this banking app charged me a $35 fee for MISTYPING literally pennies. I accidentally switched two numbers on a transfer and the app allowed it to go thru and charged me a $35 fee for it. This would NEVER have happened with my other bank. If you mistype they just cancel the transaction and allow you to redo it. When I contacted customer service via messages, they were super rude. Needless to say I closed my account immediately and feel that others should do the same.

It has its quirks…for example, every time I log in with my iPad it needs to verify my identity even though it has supposedly saved my device at least 6 times already. Also, when you enter dollar amounts in the bill paying module, it conveniently includes the decimal place for you, but does not have that feature when entering amounts to transfer between accounts. Once in a while it glitches out and I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall the app, but overall it usually does the job. Almost forgot-electronically depositing checks is a very convenient benefit.

The staff there is outstanding: the best I have ever encountered at a bank. They go above and beyond for all customers, no matter how much money you have with them. I see them working with customers trying to find out what fits best for their needs. Highly recommended. And thanks to the great staff for all you do.
