Hare is a personal AI running coach that builds your plan around your body, your schedule and your goal — then rewrites it as real life happens. Whether you're starting from the couch or chasing a marathon PB, Hare meets you where you are. Plain language, no jargon required. WAKE UP TO A VERDICT, NOT A GUESS Every morning Hare folds your sleep, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate and yesterday's training into one readiness score you can read in two seconds. Green means go. Amber means ease off. A 30-second daily check-in — soreness, fatigue, stress — keeps it honest. A PLAN THAT ADAPTS Tell Hare your goal — your first 5K or your next marathon — and it builds the block: phases, weeks, sessions. Slept badly? Legs heavy? Week went sideways? The plan adjusts at the next session, not next month. A COACH YOU CAN ACTUALLY TALK TO Ask why today's session looks the way it does. Log a niggle. Move a run. Replan around a trip. Hare keeps the thread — your goals, your history, the calf you mentioned last month — so you never repeat yourself. EVERY RUN, REVIEWED Finish a run and a review is waiting minutes later: your splits, your interval reps, the hill that explains the slow kilometre, and what it means for tomorrow. Honest, specific, and about you — not a generic well done. AND THE RHYTHM AROUND IT • Morning and evening briefings tuned to your day • A weekly recap of how the block is going • Trends for HRV, resting heart rate, sleep and VO2 max • Training load in plain words — building, steady, easing off — not sports-science homework • A home-screen widget with your readiness and today's session WORKS WITH APPLE HEALTH Hare reads your runs, sleep and heart data from Apple Health — from Apple Watch or any app that syncs there. No watch yet? Start anyway: set your baselines manually and let the data fill in as you go. HARE PRO Everything is free for your first 7 days — no payment details needed. The trial includes briefings, run reviews, the adaptive plan and up to 15 coach messages a day. After that, Hare Pro is $14.99/month or $89.99/year (pricing may vary by region). Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in your App Store settings; fair-use limits keep the coach fast for everyone. YOUR DATA IS YOURS Your health data powers your coaching and nothing else. We don't allow AI providers to train on your data, we never sell it, and we don't track you across other apps. Shoe tracking - Settings → Shoes: add your pairs, see the mileage on each, and get flagged when one's near the end of its life. - Adding a pair is easy: just type the model ("Endorphin Pro 3", "Vaporfly 4") and Hare identifies it as you type — filling in what kind of shoe it is and how long it typically lasts. - New mileage slider with two handles: current distance on the pair on the left, and when you want a heads-up to replace them on the right. - Each pair can carry a type (race day, daily trainer, easy/recovery, tempo, trail, spikes) so the coach knows which shoes suit which runs. - You can tag any run with the pair you wore — open a run, tap the Shoes row, and pick from your rotation. - Planned sessions have a Shoes row too: pick the pair you intend to wear, and when the run comes in it's tagged automatically — no second tap. - The coach knows about your rotation: tell it "picked up a pair of Vaporfly 3s" in chat and it'll offer to log them, mileage and all. Polish and bug fixes - On an unreviewed run, "Review this run" now lives in the bar at the bottom of the pane, next to Chat. - Every bottom action bar now sits on a dark band (like the main tab bar) instead of floating above the home indicator. - On Readiness, the Training load card still shows the week-by-week bar chart (including "This week") but the status word (Recovering / Steady / etc.) and "% vs typical" now use the last 7 days of load against your recent typical week — not just what's banked since Monday. - Interval runs could show a phantom extra rep in the Analysed splits — one more row than you actually ran, with a "—" where its verdict should be, and paces slightly off from the coach's numbers. The table now always shows exactly the reps the coach judged. Open an analysed interval run and check the rep count and paces line up with the summary tiles.
