Worked for me

Unfamiliar with the “correct” vs “incorrect” rep scheme everyone is whining about, but I did what it said and got a 15# PR front squat and 25# PR back squat over 12 weeks.
I’ll be doing more rounds of the 12 week program for sure using my new weights.

Does not calculate front squats correctly

Was disappointed to spend $2 on this app to find out it does not calculate the front squats correctly or show the correct number of reps. You can check the spreadsheets for the correct numbers online. I’m deleting this app and downloading the 99 cents app that does it right.

Disappointing

I rarely write reviews but man, the program is so not accurate. I bought it for convenience, but I might as well have printed out the pdf. Front squats are off and after week 8 it stopped working.
