Most tools treat your posture as a problem to be solved. They buzz the second you lean. They nag you to sit perfectly straight. They demand a rigid, frozen pose that ignores how humans actually work.
Headjust takes a different approach. It pairs with the headphones you already wear to bring effortless awareness to your day. It doesn't correct you or demand perfection. It simply learns your natural center and helps you maintain your flow.
How It Works
Headjust lives quietly at the top of your screen in your notch. Connect your compatible AirPods or Beats, and the app uses their built-in motion sensors to track your head's pitch, yaw, and roll. Hover your mouse over the notch at any time to expand it and see a live 3D visualization of your head along with your current Balance Score.
Features:
* Set Your Baseline: Use your Mac’s camera for a quick, one-time calibration to find your natural center.
* Balance Score: Your score looks at two things: how far you drift from your center, and how long you stay frozen in one place. It drops if you lean too heavily, but it also drops if you sit like a statue. It encourages dynamic, natural movement.
* Session Tracking: Start a session to log your head movement habits while you work, study, or focus on a task.
* Visual History: Check your past sessions to see your stats, including how much time you spent out of balance. You can also view a head movement visual that shows your actual range of movement and how your head tilted over time.
* Private by Design: All motion tracking and score calculations happen directly on your device. Nothing is sent to the cloud.
Requirements
Headjust requires AirPods Pro, AirPods (3rd generation or newer), AirPods Max, or supported Beats headphones that feature dynamic head tracking.
