The app "HEALEZE" allows anyone who wants to register themselves to track the results of a variety of tests, including but not limited to PCR nasal swab testing of COVID-19, rapid tests of COVID-19, etc. You can find the nearest testing location convenient for you to get tested. You have full control of the results within one patient cabinet portal of your personal account. Easy to register and use the application "HEALEZE". Complete database of insurance companies and streets of US cities included.

This is one of the WORST apps I have ever tried using. It simply spins unconnected for a half hour trying to find itself… only to tell me they can’t locate the data that they had just texted me was ready. Obviously, it’s a rotten platform. Unfortunately, I don’t expect to EVER receive the results of the COVID test they asked me to take. It’s all a SCAM. Otherwise why wouldn’t they offer us a simple straight forward platform where patients could easily just get their results. I don’t think there was ever any intention of providing me with answers. They just wanted to charge Medicare for doing nothing.

i get a text from lab worq saying “your test results are here” then download app and it just spins and spins. this is after i gave them all my personal info including health insurance info. this HAS to be a scam there’s no way someone would launch an app that i and everyone else is the reviews is saying is such garbage. i’m going to report to the better business bureau.

i get a text saying "youre results are here" then i download the app, and it just spins and spins. apparently im not the first person this has happened to. do not use this app. they take ALL your personal info including health insurance info and then its a dead end.
