Powered by MU Health Care, HEALTHConnect is designed to help individuals and families stay informed, stay educated and take a more active role in their health. Through the HEALTHConnect mobile app, you have real-time, easy access to your latest health care information and the services needed to plan, understand and engage in your care.
After you create your online HEALTHConnect account, simply sign into the mobile app with your username and password. You can also set up Touch or Face ID to avoid typing your username and password again. Once logged in, you can connect with your care team using the following methods:
• Securely message your provider
• Review lab results
• Request prescription renewals
• Access medical information including your allergies, immunizations, medications, most recent vital signs, and more

Constructive Criticism
The app is not user friendly nor intuitive. Make the three line icon bigger or change it entirely. I cannot answer the question for why to schedule an appointment. The Covid assessment tool is in the way to proceed through forms on the app sometimes. I’m unable to view all past appointments which makes it easier to schedule with a preferred past provider. Honestly, just hire someone who will also make it prettier. It does not look like it was made professionally.
All the issues make me just want to call to schedule which offices wouldn’t prefer.
Ideas: make it interface with Apple health and provider systems so they can access data about our health, make it so provider notes are on a database accessible by this app so we can show ourselves, future nurses and doctors our medical history more simply.
These are just a few thoughts.
Face ID keeps stopping
Every week or so I have to redownload the app to get face ID to work please fix this it’s annoying to need to uninstall it and install again.
