The other day I had to work through some intense deadlines, and decided to try the “Burnout” therapy after finishing work around 8pm. Chose “Classic Rock” for my walk home, which was the perfect length. By the time I arrived home 20 minutes later, it felt as if the intensity of the day had been wiped clean, and I was able to interact with everyone as if it had been a casual day. Incredible how this works, I’d recommend highly (and the reasonably priced paid version gives a much bigger selection of songs/playlists).

Thank you for this APP. It is so simple to use. I recommended it to my sister who suffers from depression and now she is reaping the benefits. Bravo.

I listened to one of the selections for Burnout and liked it. Decided to go all in. Sadly in many of the selections, a pulsing low hum was heard throughout the entire track which made me anxious. I couldnt tune it out. Needs to be remixed. Many of the selections sound altered slightly- remixed or flattened. Wanted to like this, I heard the researcher developer interviewed on NPR. Still has a ways to go.
