Not sure what this update did to my app. My app takes longer to get me in and asks me several times to enter my password or put my fingerprint so it can let me in. Sometimes it doesn’t let me in. Please fix this issue. I did got a new phone thinking it was my old phone that was doing that but its the app. Thanks
App CRASHES. It needs updated!
When I attempt to log in to my account the app crashes. It does NOT matter if I am using the fingerprint log in or the normal user name/password log in. This use to be a great app, but it’s kind of pathetic now. The app will rarely work when I attempt to login. Emphasis on rarely. I understand that heartland bank is not the size of some of the larger banks out there, but I don’t understand how they have not updated the app. Also, I am not sure why they continue to promote their app in their banks when the app has not worked properly for 1-2 years. There is a reason why there is a lot of poor reviews on here. HEARTLAND BANK AND TRUST please read your customers feedback on this app! Also, in the past, when app has been updated the app will work properly for a short amount of time. You can see this with in the gaps of the large amount of negative reviews.
It needs updating.
I downloaded the app when I started my account with them last year, and there has not been one update to it. I can NEVER use it because when I do, I put my password in or use my fingerprint and the app quits and closes out. It has a crazy amount of bugs, and when it’s a banking app that has so many people’s personal information on it, they really need to get it together before someone takes advantage of the fact that you never take care of the bugs or problems with the app. Because good luck when someone gets into the app and steals everyone’s information because you aren’t responsible enough with the upkeep of your app.
