App crashes
Decent banking app, but latest version crashes before opening all the way. Can’t even get to the login screen. Please fix!!
Will rate 4 stars or higher if fixed (assuming no other issues were introduced in this last change!
Mobile deposit
Pointless feature. Personal checks get rejected for different reasons. 1) App says I used two inages of the front of the check. No I photograph the front and make sure its in the window I FLIP the check over and take photo of the back. Rejected
Another reason Checks have been rejected is the app displays a message I have deposited duplicate checks. So you call the 800 number and the solution thats given after 10 minutes on hold. Bring the check to a branch to deposit. Well what good is the app except to check your balance?
