Terrible. Do NOT purchase fusion thermal products
Just want to start off by saying I’m a person that never leaves reviews. This might be the first ever review I’ve left. But I spent way too much money for a terrible product and terrible customer service! I Purchased an Avenger 55XR in August of 2023. I really liked the 3 buttons to keep it simple. Also, before buying I researched that it had the capability for wifi and live viewing on your phone. After I purchased the scope, I come to find out the app to do this was not out yet, even though in the owners manual Fusion Thermal claims the app would drop in June of 2023. I called fusion thermal to see when the app would be ready and all I ever got was soon soon soon it should be ready. Months went by and now the app has finally launched and is absolutely terrible! After trying way too many times I have yet to be able to connect my scope. When I successfully connect my scopes wifi and my phone I revert back to the heat sync app (just like the instructions say to do) to connect the scope and the app either freezes, crashes or just doesn’t connect. I’ve also reached out to customer service two different times about this issue and have received no response. Do not buy this product!!
