1. Quickies Cardio; short and effective 30 min cardio workouts with one dumbbell, and Quickies Strength; 30 min strength training workout with barbell and/or dumbbells.
2. Full follow-along training videos in norwegian, ranging from 5 minutes to 50 minutes, with strength, cardio, intervals, core, and the handstand walk school (8 weeks course to learn handstand walk).
3. Pregnancy Workouts - Workouts that are suitable for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Trimester, to keep you fit and healthy to deliver your baby.
