So excited for this app!

I discovered Katie a few years ago on Instagram a few years ago by chance and signed up for her Splits Challenge. Splits have always been a goal and a nemesis of mine. Her program and exercises and approach for gaining flexibility to achieve splits has been the most effective in my splits journey, hands down! She has such a clear and concise delivery. It is almost like she is right there with me, instead of across the pond. Over the years, I have witnessed the improvements she has been making to her programs, taking into account all feedback she receives and just understanding and listening to her students. This app she has created is a result of wanting nothing more than to continue to share her gift of helping other achieve their goals - whether with splits, yoga, meditation, breath work, journaling, finding peace - such a wealth of information completely accessible. Download this app to be on your way to having the best instructor guide you on whatever mindfulness path of interest! Katie, congratulations on this app - it will be accessed frequently by this student!
