These people are not trustworthy. A customer can call back in for something unrelated to the work you did for them. For example you go and install their printer and get in online. The customer calls in a month later and says it’s not working they will put a freeze on any money you have pending and try to reimburse the customer. Now mind you the customer went with a different internet provider causing the printer to no longer be on the network. You have to try to find out and investigate what happened with a job you did a month ago. Save your pictures cause this place is nuts.

This app used to be very useful. They used to provide excellent customer service and they provided good rates and opportunities to techs all over the country. Now it's basically a shill. Once every 4 months or so you can pick up a decent sized work order worth the time and energy, but most of the time now they want the technician to all the work for 1/3 of the cost of the job.If your can't figure out how to pay out decebt rates you need to market to different people or find an alternative revenue source. Choking out your lifeblood is a good way to fail before you get the chance make a come back.

Absolute devious scammers. Do not trust awful fools. They steal your money and do not stand behind their word. They have lost national contacts due to their deceptive scandalous ways. There's a reason. They find a way save weasel you out of your money. Employees have come forward about their crooked operations. Their centers are outsourced and stealing identification information, harvesting age selling customers data and payment info had now been found on the web. Run at all costs. If you've been effected contact local authorities as a class action lawsuits is being filled against them.

This people/company (whatever they are) are literally the worst employers I have ever worked with they rub clients and pay pennies to technicians. Even when they don’t pay and you ask them about missing payments they pretend like nothing is wrong, they still owe me some money from August and I highly doubt if they will pay the money . Overall experience is by far the worst!
