Resolved an issue where text typed in the iOS app would disappear when a message was sent from a web account. This fix ensures that all text remains intact when sending messages in any chat by any agent.

We added a few neat features that will help you close deals and customer requests easier while you’re on the go: • Assign agent to a chat – manage your chats more productively, together with your team; • Assign department to a chat – route your chats to a department that is more qualified to help with a request; • Leave private notes – share additional chat context that’s only visible to your colleagues; • Work with your custom inboxes – reply to chats from your custom inboxes created on the web; • And the most requested of the bunch, The User Profile – get all contact details together with your custom data while chatting with a customer; Besides new features, you can also expect a much smoother performance and overall app experience due to major bug fixes and lots of other improvements.
