But fix: SAFE calculator was not converting SI units in calculations

1- Important change to any MELD score input. Because most of the calculators use older versions of MELD and not current "MELD 3.0", all text fields that ask for a MELD input now require that the MELD be calculated (There is a button next to the field that says "Must Calculate")- you will not be able to directly input a known MELD into the field. This will prevent any error from a different MELD result than what the calculator uses. 2- New calculator, SAFE, Steatosis-associated fibrosis estimate has been added to the Fibrosis Scores

Fixed deprecated method

MELD 3.0 has been updated to current OPTN version. MELD 3.0 survival data for 30,60, and 90 days PELD has been removed until OPTN changes can be implemented. Note: MELD, MELD-Na continued to be calculated as other calculators use the older version of MELD

Bug fix in CLIF - AD calculator where mortality of less than 1% could appear as 100%
