Heritage Mobile is a free service that allows you to access your accounts anytime, from anywhere, using your mobile device.
There is no fee from HFCU. You must be enrolled in our online banking to utilize Heritage Mobile. Connectivity and usage rates may apply. Contact your wireless service provider for more details.

No credit card access.
I am new to the branch. The people and staff there are truly amazing and great to deal with. However, the app is super limited. I’m not able to access my credit card and make a payment through this app.
All I can do is view my activity but no options to view my statement, or make an online payment.
Fix the Bugs!!
Way too many bugs w/this app. I actually told the people in the bank that the touch ID does not work along with some other functions that everyone is complaining about in these reviews, and they insisted that the app was fine and all I had to do was delete it and reinstall it. Needless to say, that did not work at all. App is as useless as most of the people who work in the bank. Like they say, the app never falls far from the tree!!
Needs improvement!
I've been using it since it came out and it has been improved on, but important features still do not work. In my case, mobile banking doesn't work. I've done everything to try and fix it, but the app just needs improvement.
