This app is great some education on what will be helpful for you personally. For myself, I am a novice and don’t know what amount I need or how to measure my anxiety for example. This app helps you quickly break it down in the number of days with the symptoms. It takes that information and makes a recommendation that helps me make an educated decision! Use it for education or confirmation of your options as a consumer.
