Great little camera, horrible app/connection
Not sure why the connection with the app is so crappy but it is. (It’s not our internet either before anyone goes thinking that because we have no problems being connected to it while outside) the app doesn’t like to update the live feed and the way you have to look at the alerts is somewhat annoying especially with no other option but 24hr time as an option some times (such as tonight it just doesn’t give me hours and it’s not from a specific time setting for the alert when it’s gone off with alerts and showed me in this current hour 11pm but then when I go to look at them again in the alert section for whatever reason my 10, 11, and now 12am folders are just gone? I love the camera but the app is mediocre but with some more thoughtful updates it could easily get to 5 stars in my option since the camera itself is unbeatable for the price.
Doesn’t work!
It won’t even connect, it says weak signal when all my devices have full signal exactly in the same spot. I even went side-by-side with my modem and it keeps saying can’t connect signal. What a waste of money and time!
Already done with it…
My internet connection is solid, but the camera never connected, and the app provides little guidance for resolving the issue. Deleting the app now and will return the camera shortly.
