I've found the HOA Alchemy app extremely useful for reporting landscaping issues and accessing association documents like meeting minutes and live bank balances. It's very user-friendly, allowing me to report issues with photos easily, and I appreciate the landscapers' prompt responses with images showing completed work. This app has made communication with our homeowner's association more efficient and transparent.

This wonderful app has made life so much easier for me. Moving from the earlier complex and at times confusing HOA web application which required multiple steps to do simple tasks. This allows me to interact and get the information I need all from a beautifully designed start page. Best part no more filing tickets. Click and go and watch progress in real time. Love it

We use the HOA app for our association for the last few years.When we report an issue to the landscaper or pool vendor the issues go directly to them there by speeding up the response time vs. sending emails to management company and waiting for days
