About subscriptions:
-After the user confirms the subscription, the iTunes account will be deducted;
- Apple’s iTunes account will be deducted within 24 hours before expiration. After the deduction is successful, the subscription period will be extended by one subscription period;
-Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.
If you do not cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, the subscription will be automatically renewed.

They do not respond
I got this app thinking it was the Wyze camera app because it popped up when I was looking it up I accidentally did the subscription of the yearly because it said it was 90 something cents a week instead it charged me the whole yearly plan at once I emailed them telling them I made a mistake and that it was not even the right app so if I could get a refund, they do not respond This app is just terrible. Customer service is also terrible.

Don’t get this app
I purchased a camera (Wyze Cam) and I looked up the app and selected this one and downloaded it, not realizing it was the incorrect one. Once I went in, it doesn’t have you create a log in but wants access to your WiFi and keeps popping up to leave a review, do not get this app. Make sure to look for the correct app for your camera. This one is phony, not sure why even allowed to be in here , probably scammers to be honest.
