This latest update to your app is the best ever. I like that instant balance allows you to go back and use fingerprint to log in to the entire account when needed. One update I just noticed is where the log out was placed. Now no matter where I am in the app I can log out on that page. Thanks for making the new version so user friendly. As a senior citizen I need this simplicity and ease in use. Good job!!

In the future, we hope to release an update that will allow our customers to be able to view pending credits and debits on their accounts in real time. Right now when a credit or a debit has officially taken place on an account, it is available for immediate viewing with the date the transaction took place on. Ease of mobile depositing
This is much friendlier AND easier than the way it was. I appreciate that the software determines when the image is acceptable, not me! I’ve had good success with the old way but the feedback from the new edition makes me feel even more secure. Thank you.
This app will make you want to kill yourself
I don’t usually write reviews but this app is probably one of the worst user experiences I’ve ever had. Don’t bother banking with HomeTrust, you can’t even access your account when you need it most. I’m changing banks ASAP and kissing this sorry excuse for an app goodbye. When it loads on my phone, it takes forever, and only loads when it wants to. This is one of the most inconvenient things I’ve had to deal with. On top of that, I needed to renew an account that was backing up 8+ years of pictures and memories. Because I couldn’t get into this app, I lost all of that. I hate this and I hate hometrust. 🖕🏾🖕🏾🖕🏾🖕🏾

I apologize for any frustration you have experienced with our app. We have had no interruptions of service recently, and the app seems to have been running smoothly ever since the update on January 9th. If you were unable to get logged in successfully, it may have been due to invalid login credentials. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and contact information and we can reach out to you to help you log in.
Alternatively, always feel free to reach out to us at your convenience at (800) 627-1632. We're available from 8am-7pm on weekdays and 9am-3pm on Saturdays. Even if you're locked out from your online banking profile, you can still access your accounts and transfer funds using other means. I included instructions for one method of how to do this below in my response to your initial review. I apologize for the frustration that you have experienced as a result of your difficulty logging in to our app. At this time we are not aware of any service outages or any problems on our end that would have interfered with your ability to log in and access your accounts on December 1st. We do also have service hours on Saturdays from 9am until 3pm. Anytime you're having trouble logging in, please just give us a call and we can assist you over the phone!
Alternatively, anytime you're having trouble with your password or your security questions on the mobile app, you can always still check your balance using the automated telephone banking system by calling (800) 627-1632 and choosing option 8 on the menu. That automated system is typically always available, including on weekends, holidays, and outside of business hours.
