This is absolutely the worst banking App I have ever tried to use.It’s redundant and confusing. I tried to use the bill pay portion and it began by asking me questions I had no suitable answer for. After 3 wrong answers it locked me out and to this day I am still locked out. The credit union help was not only inadequate it was useless. After having all my accounts transferred to this institution I am going to revert to my previous banking institution. I will again be in banking limbo for at least a month,.

I switched to Telco from a major bank but some of their features are bizarre. For starters, even though I live five minutes from my local bank branch, I can't actually call them. They also don't have ATMs in their lobbies so the lines for the drive-through ATMs or for the bank tellers are that much longer. I can't even access my own account number unless I request it in a message which is not terribly helpful when I'm trying to set up direct deposit for something that is time sensitive and this is the one thing holding me up. It wasn't even in the paperwork I was given when I first opened the account. I understand wanting to protect client data but protecting it from your client is pretty silly. Do better Telco or you're going to lose me as a customer.

I was with another bank for years. When I looked online and saw the way Telco does business, I switched. I have only been there a couple of months, but I have 3 people switching banks. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

The app is nice and smooth and gives me all the information I need. I recall they were working on check cashing through my phone and I don’t ever recall them completing that and releasing it to the public. I don’t get checks very often but when I do, I don’t like to have to drive all the way back to my hometown to deposit the check directly to my account.
