Payment method update
I was having trouble updating my payment method. It kept giving me an expiration date error. I figured out the solution. You have to put it in as a four digit year followed by a 2 digit month. Ex. 2025-06. You need the dash in between. I hope this helps someone.
Password reset
The app is great for paying your bill however the recovery of a password isn’t so great. I forgot my password and I knew my recovery answers and I still couldn’t sign in
Payment method
This app is terrible if you want to add another payment method to your account. It gives an error reading saying your expiration date is missing even though you put it in over and over.
