I want to say every time I come to the Honey Dew on Cumberland (2130 Mendon Rd location) which isn’t too often because I don’t live close by, but when I do, I always get greeted, the staff is extremely friendly and patient when I’m deciding what to get for my kids. Tiffany is someone who I had only encountered maybe once or twice but she remembered me and is always very friendly. Today I met Gianna who was working with her and she was such a pleasure to meet as well. Great staff! They always make my coffee the right way and make you feel welcomed and not rushed at all. The only thing I can say other than a great experience every time I come to this one is that I really am hoping that you guys decide to bring back the powder donuts that are filled with the chocolate on the inside because those are so delicious and I haven’t had one in years! I would definitely make the drive more often for those!

I love this location, after two times of me placing large orders they know me and remembered it and have it ready as I approach the counter. Staff members are super friendly, and go above and beyond for their regulars. It doesn’t feel like I’m getting coffee for my crew but going to see family at this point they always make sure their customers come first and can tell when someone is having an off day. Thank you to my Brew Crew for always making my morning!!!

I have been coming to the Stoneham Honey Dew for years and there always seems to be a problem!! From changing hours to the latest fiasco!!! It has always been after 1:00 p m if you bought 1 dounut you received a second one free! Now I was informed today the owner has changed the rule to buy one get one free after 2:00 p m…. So because I can’t be there after 2:00 p m I’m out of luck!!! So guess what?? NO MORE HONEY DEW for me or my family!!!!!! Now we are customers of Dunkin Dounuts!!!! All 8 of us!!

The functionality of this app is horrific the scanner for the barcode on your receipt. Only works about 10% of the time otherwise you have to put it in manually which kind of defeats the purpose of the convenience of scanning on the go in addition to that your rewards points are not directly connected to your card reloads which makes it completely pointless to even use really because you’re doing so many extra steps just to get a free coffee once in a while, I would use this app a heck of a lot more if the scanner just worked right and rewards were connected
