Turn your available downtime into an additional revenue stream by using the HONK Partner app to get connected to stranded motorists near you in real-time. By using the HONK Partner app you will get alerted of a job directly to your phone or tablet whenever someone near you needs assistance. With all job details presented in the app PRIOR to dispatch, you have the freedom to choose whether or not you want to take the job based on your availability.

App design
Beside killing the battery, the app need to provide more info about the job they are asking to bit on. It needs give us more about the job, the issue, better pick up location, if there will a passenger or more thn 2 passengers and drop off location. Most of the companies I know they do not want to work with Honk for above reason and they do not like to be called for every job. Please fix these issues and I know people will be attracted to work with ya.
A couple suggestions
Make the app capable of turning into landscape mode so it will work on a sideways iPad that is mounted. I’m not going to re-mount my iPad and app is hard to use sideways. Also, allow multiple logins so it can ring my phone when I’m out of the car and iPad at same time while I’m driving or in the car. Multiple logins would also allow me to take pictures/video on my phone when out of the vehicle without taking the time to unstrap my iPad. Also add a profile settings tab so a driver is able to update a phone number or other personal info. Customer service is impossible without a phone number so the app needs more options. Other than the above suggestions, Honk is great to work with and I’m happy to be a provider.
Honk partner app experience
This app is the worst it makes your phone have the most annoying nonstop car honking sound and you are unable to change it and it goes off all hours of the day and night. I think 99% of the jobs that you are notified with are fake to make it look like customers are in need of help to get you to use the app. It shows a lockout is less than one mile away and I can be available right away but the jobs are never given. The very few times a job is received payment is never a issue but the payout to do a lockout on a Sunday at 3am is around $30 so I’m not using this app any more. They require you to pay and signup for a massive amount of insurance to do business with them but only pay $30 for a job and only one job every four months.
