Stole our money
I have started my business and chose jobox as my credit card processor. It started with me charging clients and all payments were on pending. I had to call every time to approve a transaction but eventually all transactions were refunded to my customers for no reasons even nobody complained about my service. Now, I can’t receive any money that was transferred to me for my service since I started to use this app and they refuse to help me at all.
I’m so disappointed and recommend you don’t use this app for you business!!!!!
