A truly horrible app
The process of check-in with its super fussy scanning of your documents like passport, identity card will have you so angry youll want to throw your phone across the room. It literally expects you to be able to hold your phone with millimeter precision to capture the photo. It took a full 30mins to check in with this disaster of an app for three people. I never want to use this app ever again and will actively try to avoid airbnbs that use it. Hoping and praying that opening the door of the airbnb isnt as painful when we get there...
Got stuck outside
App takes very long to set up for each person because the face scans are slow and often give errors. our family of 5 took about an hour to set up the app. it worked OK for one night. the next day we got stuck outside and had to knock on the front door for the neighbors to open it for us. then we call the number for the apartment to open. huge waste of time.
Nightmare of an app
This app needs to be redone or reprogram, something is not right with the scanner, What a waste of time. It took 2 hours of trying to be able to check in.
Someone needs to figure out a better way.
