Version 1.0.41

A big one this time, we're finally getting around to letting you view back and editing past workouts. You'll find them in the calendar. From there you can add sets, edit sets, remove exercises and check them as completed. Almost everything is editable in there. Thank you for your patience while we got around to this one.

A crash fix when opening old, deleted workouts is included with this release, plus a fix for logging check-off exercises.
