Well intentioned but not quite the UX that we need. Account management is messy. Adding Children is glitchy. Menu loading is slow. If one has multiple kids the combinatorial choices one has to make is unmanageable . I’d rather create the account and let my kids navigate the app. Do you expect each child to choose each item daily in advance? Reality doesn’t work that way. Do some customer journey mapping. Not ready for wide scale deployment!

Literally the worst. Navigating it is a pain and you have to be incredibly conscious what you’re paying for especially if you have more than one kid. You can cancel an order but you have to cancel the whole order so if your order contains multiple days and you just want to cancel one day, ya can’t do it on the app. No prob you’ll just cancel the whole thing? Can’t because you already have used some of the order.
Then there’s the $10 annual software fee. The app won’t let me order unless I pay $10 for each kid (of which I already paid a few months ago) and even if I try to pay it just says error. Because I can’t pay this stupid fee I can’t put an order in and it’s a weekend so no one can help.
Why is the app so expensive when it doesn’t even work? Why am I being pushed to pay 2 annual fees within a 12 month period? And why can’t the software fee be coupled with a food order so I can at least do something!?
Concept is good, but the execution is just awful.

Im frustrated that the school has parents relying on this app. It has so many issues it’s hard to decide where to start. Four out of five times the app crashes and I can’t complete an order. If I do complete an order i have to immediately pay for it or it puts the invoice in limbo. I can’t pull up an old invoice, instead I have to generate the order again for the original to show up, duplicated. Also, it starts the date based on todays date, but on the next month’s calandar. I can tell it is a query issue mixing months. Also the ‘add’ button has to be pressed and then the ‘are you sure you want to add food to your order?’ Prompt comes up, and then you have to press the new ‘add’ button. It’s like I am permanently deleting files off my computer, instead of trying to feed my kid.

Needs much work.
