HoursTracker — hours and pay tracking built for Israeli labor law
An app built specifically for workers in Israel: it tracks your work hours, calculates your pay the way the law requires — including 125%/150% overtime tiers, travel allowance, and tax credit points — and helps you understand exactly what you should be earning.
Why HoursTracker?
One-tap clock in/out, with reminders if you forget Automatic pay calculation under the Hours of Work and Rest Law — regular hours, 125%, 150%, and travel allowance A "pay breakdown" view showing exactly what comes out for income tax, National Insurance, and health tax — based on your credit points, marital status, and age Smart payslip scanner — photograph your payslip and let the app pull out the numbers automatically A tidy payslip library you can sort by date or amount A History tab with weekly and monthly views, and a net/gross summary A Home screen you can make your own — colors, stat cards, all wrapped in a premium dark design Works fully offline; your data syncs across your devices via iCloud Available in Hebrew, Arabic, and English
All tax figures are planning estimates only and are not official tax or payroll advice.
Ratings & Reviews
This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
This update introduces personal accounts with secure cloud backup, so your hours
follow you to any device — plus faster manual timesheet entry.
New:
- Create an account with your email and keep your hours, settings, and profile
safely backed up. Sign in on a new iPhone and your data comes back with you.
- Sign-up is confirmed with an 8-digit code sent to your email.
- Forgot your password? Reset it with a code sent to your email, right from the
sign-in screen.
- Your profile: add your name and a photo, see when you joined, and change your
password any time from Settings → Account.
- Sync Now: back up or restore your data on demand, whenever you want.
- Filling in a whole month by hand is much faster — paste clock-in and clock-out
times straight from your clipboard into the blank timesheet grid.
- A new "Add Widget" guide in Settings walks you through placing the widget on
your Home Screen and shows how many you already have.
Fixes:
- The Apple Watch app showed your standard day in seconds instead of hours.
- The Apple Watch app showed raw text labels instead of proper words in places.
- The Lock Screen Live Activity froze at zero — elapsed time and estimated pay
now keep updating while you're clocked in.
- Your cloud backup can no longer be overwritten with empty data if you reinstall
the app or sign back in before your hours have loaded.
Known issue:
- The Home Screen widget's Clock In / Clock Out buttons aren't responding in this
version and we're working on a fix. The widget still shows your hours and pay —
please clock in and out from the app or your Apple Watch for now.
Thanks for using HoursTracker — as always, feedback is welcome from within the app.
