HouseRater is modern energy program management software for utilities, raters, and providers. We capture and store over 1,200 data points for each house and use that information to generate timely consulting reports for builders.
Use your iPad to collect data in realtime while performing on-site quality control inspections. This mobile app allows RFI's to collect HERS Rating information, and energy efficiency consulting suggestions faster and more accurately when in the field. Your rating company can provide more accurate energy simulations from the on-site data. HouseRater combines on-site information and energy modeling data to monitor building code compliance, utility company rebates and the RESNET HERS Rating.
This mobile app requires an active HouseRater web app account.
