HyperCheck HyperCheck is a simple, photo-based check-in app for groups like classes, youth groups, and clubs. Instead of paper sign-in sheets, each person gets a profile with their picture, and checking in takes a single tap on their photo. Check In Everyone appears in a grid of profile photos with their names. Tap a photo to check someone in (a green checkmark appears) and tap again to undo it. Search by name, grade, or phone number to find someone quickly in a large group. Add people with a photo (taken with the camera or chosen from the library), name, grade, phone number, and birthdate. Photos are automatically rotated so faces display upright. Birthday hats and cake icons celebrate people whose birthday is today or within a window you choose. An optional Question of the Day pops up at check-in, and each person’s answer is saved with their attendance. Classes Create multiple classes, each with its own people and its own check-in history, and switch between them from the Admin menu. The active class name appears on the main menu and the Check In screen. Admin (PIN-protected) Set a 4-digit PIN to protect the Admin area. The same PIN is required to delete a profile. Manage classes: add, rename, switch, and delete. Set the Question of the Day, birthday-hat settings, and a custom background image for the main menu, and show or hide the HyperCheck logo. Start a new day to save the current attendance (including grades, phone numbers, and answers) to Previous Check Ins and reset everyone for the next session. Review past days for the active class, with who was checked in and what they answered. Lock any record to protect it from being deleted. All data is stored privately on the device, with no account or internet connection needed.
