Terrible Update
Just spent an hour in the Amsterdam train station trying to get my card to activate. Went to the physical store and the gentleman work said that the app was just updated and has issues sometimes. Perhaps check these issues BEFORE issuing an update. We had to be issued physical cards at the store. An hour later and we’re finally on our way. Hardly the convenience that you tout.

Application doesn’t work
I ordered Amsterdam City Card for 72 hours today (April 25), using the application. Currently I am in USA and will be in Amsterdam from May 4. This card shows the expiration date of April 28. I tried to address this issue using your application, but it does not work. What I suppose to do?
Get a physical card
Cards got lost in transit while transferring. 1 card could not activate. There is no support phone number to call, only email, and working hours are Monday to Friday. Very frustrating experience!
