Using the ICC Cloud app to send your flooring request form data to ICC while at the job site can drastically reduce communication lag and increase overall efficiencies that can assist with lowering overall quote cycle times for insurance flooring replacements.
Also included in this application is the ability for the user to add sketches, photos, and scope related notes that will be seen by the flooring retailer of choice when updating their replacement quotation. In addition, the flooring retailer is notified instantly of all the claim details as soon as the mobile app submission is sent. Please keep in mind that a physical sample is also required to be sent for proper flooring evaluation. To do so, please send an email copy of the report internally, print the pdf barcode copy from that email, and submit that copy along with your flooring samples to ICC.
