Improved reliability and workflow

Very useful

Video chat is a excellent idea and very useful tool. I was able to get a casher check using VideoChat.

Nobody Answering

I sat here in “queue” for 30 minutes and the number never changed from 2nd in line. This app seems to either not function well at all or it’s just a sham. Thats way too long for my position in line to have not changed at all.

Busy farmers wife

I am a farmers wife and employee of the farm.with 5 kids and a business to run it gets hectic. I have yet to have a bad experience with video banking. It has been very useful in my day to day banking. In fact we were on the way in Wisconsin a few month back getting a piece of farm equipment. When we got there they ended up wanting a wire transfer. So I just got on my app and did it over video chat. If this service had not been available I don’t know what we would have done
