What happened??

Update: I sent an email for help with this matter and within days they had responded and compensated me for my lost booster pack. Thank you very much for the quick response!!

Just 2 days ago I spent $10 to buy a booster pack. I also had accumulated over 300,000 coins. Today I get on the game and everything is gone! I’m not nearly as upset over the loss of coins as I am the fact that I spent money on your app and my booster pack just disappears overnight! What do I do about that??
I was loving playing this game during my “chillout” time before going to bed every night, but right now I’m 😡. Fix my problem and I’ll change my rating.

VIP Card issue

Edit: Thank you. I followed the directions given here and was able to unsubscribe.

I subscribed to the VIP Card mainly to get rid of the pop up ads. Maybe what l think are the pop up ads are not what you meant - all the ads on the daily spin, cash spin, extra moves at the end of the level l am trying to win, etc. l tried to unsubscribe to it after getting very frustrated about these ads still being there. In reading the directions on how to unsubscribe, it states to go to user’s account settings and turn off the auto renewal. The only things that l have in my settings is music, sound, logout of Facebook, and rate. I can also change my user name. Nowhere does it give me the option to turn this off. I really like the game but feel like it is not possible to turn the VIP card off. Either the option is someplace else and it is explained poorly or the option is not there. Either way, it needs to be fixed.

Thanks for your purchase of the VIP card. If you would like to cancel the subscription, please go to the Setting then to "Check Apple ID" menu to unsubscribe. My issue

I have really enjoyed this game but when I get to the end and need one or two move of my goals and try to use the 3 more moves it goes blank and I automatically lose even thou I have used several of my rewards to help - in order to get back from this blank page I have to close down my phone. Otherwise the game is my go to game and I love it. Better than many others I have tried. Hope you can fix this and I can give it a 5 star rating.
