IceOps
Ice Machine Cleaning Guide
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
IceOps helps you keep commercial ice machine service records organized on your device.
SITES AND EQUIPMENT
Create site records, assign equipment from the reference catalog, and record planned visit dates, supply flags, and follow-up notes.
VISIT RECORDS
Save unfinished visit drafts, attach photos, and record completed visits. Choose the information to include in a PDF visit report before saving or sharing it.
BACKUP AND RECOVERY
Export a complete backup containing saved records, photos, and report snapshots. Verify saved attachments and preview a backup before replacing local records.
LOCAL STORAGE
No account or login is required. Records are stored locally; there is no cloud backup. Keep verified backup files outside the app. Sharing and exporting happen when you choose them.
REFERENCE CATALOG
Browse equipment model references and keep personal reference checklists. IceOps does not provide verified maintenance procedures, chemical dosing, repair instructions, or certification of service work. Follow the applicable manufacturer documentation and your service provider's instructions.
English and Spanish interface options are available.
Restores the original IceOps cleaning and filter guides, Safety and Help content, troubleshooting and error codes, chemical and supply ordering links, manufacturer videos and reference information.
Restores original navigation labels, machine notes, procedural checklists and visit summary sharing while retaining saved visit drafts, photos, follow-ups, equipment history, PDF reports, and complete backup/restore.
Improves readability in light and dark appearance and prevents the date picker from automatically covering a newly opened form.
Existing IceOps 1.1 records and attachments are preserved. Keep a verified complete backup before upgrading.
