ICS Toolkit is a practical utility for working with universal .ics calendar files. Build an event from scratch, import an existing file, review exactly what will be exported, then save it to Files, share it with another app, or add supported details directly to Apple Calendar.

ICS Toolkit retains far more information when you open and export an event again, including reminders, categories, status, visibility, recurrence details, exception dates, attachment metadata, and unsupported properties that can be safely carried forward.

Every Create, Share, and Add to Calendar action opens a compatibility review. See errors, destination-specific warnings, an event summary, and the generated raw ICS. You will know when Apple’s EventKit cannot directly write data such as attendees or embedded attachments—and when sharing the ICS file is the better choice.

This release adds reminders, explicit time-zone selection, compatibility review and raw ICS preview, autosaved drafts, and reusable templates. Imports now retain more calendar metadata, including advanced recurrence rules, exceptions, alarms, categories, status, visibility, and attachment details. Meeting validation and stable event UIDs make invitation updates safer and more reliable.
