I had the original app and paid for photo, in addition to the standard video. When this new version came out, the original version suddenly stopped working properly. This new version is not in any way an improvement on the original version. Instead of tapping the screen to change the filter, you now have to tap on the choices below the photo or video. And it sems to me -- who used the original version frequently -- that the filter quality for most of the filters is of poor quality. I'm hoping that there will be a free update that corrects these problems, as I really luked the original version when it worked.

I bought your app and unlocked the stupid restrictions...then you left 4th Gen owners behind with no explanation. Turned out we'd all need new devices to keep using your app....So I left Apple until the 6splus came out. While I have 2 versions of your app ON MY DEVICE & CLOUD right now...none of them are unlocked and one of your apps is desperately coming off like its ripping customers off by gouging to unlock even more features....yet still, it says in the store I have to GET it. Even though it's already on my phone and I spent the money in 2012 to have it unlocked. Now I remember why I walked away from Apple...in full bloom.Greed turned a magical app into a confusing and desperate sack of bs. That virus is also leaking to the devices as well. Two problems so far When I import a clip or record one. The sound is white noise. This basically makes the app useless. Second. When importing a clip it’s upside down? There’s no way to edit and rotate it. Lastly, I bought the premium because I thought it would unlock everything. When I went to choose a song it asked for more money. Not happy about that. You should be clear on what costs what from the settings page. I pad the two dollars and expected a premium app. Instead I went from a limited app to a less limited app. Bad experience so far. So as it is. I can’t use the app because of the first two problems

I recently got a “new” iPhone and was looking for the FX Photo Studio app to download again. Sadly it was removed from the AppStore in 2023. The only app I could find by this developer is this one. FX Photo Studio was one of the BEST photo apps I’d ever owned and would LOVE to have it back. It was so good I found myself using it to make the perfect backgrounds for my devices. I could create the most beautiful wallpapers with it. It had editing features I’ve never seen on any other app. You could even make poor quality pics look amazing by using certain features not even intended for it.PLEASE bring it back if possible!!I would be so grateful!!! 😊👍🏼🙏🥹🙏
