Too many steps and fees

Far too many steps to redeem gift cards from my credit card points and charged 5 AED for each card. I used to be able to get these in the post for a lot less hassle and without the fee but now forced to use this app as the only available option. Wallet doesn’t function properly. Yougottagift gets two thumbs down 👎👎
Perfect app but a little problem

I love this app so much it helps me alot when gifting no need to do any type of hassle just type their info and send . But there is one problem i’ve been having which is many times the transaction is regarded and fraud and its not sent which pisses me off! Please fix your security system
A deceiving gift card terms

The terms of the gift card when purchasing didn’t state there’s a short expiry date on the gift card (1 week to redeem only) and didn’t indicate that it should be redeemed at once, the person can’t buy for example 50 and then use the rest later.useless service & app, and bad customer service.
