Egames either work or they don't. It's been over 24 hours and I can only open one game since all others have an error message. Not the first time this has happened. More testing on the backend needs to happen before rollouts.

So I downloaded this and deposited funds to play just basic scratch off tickets until I noticed that I was being scammed so I then decided to withdrawal the money that was on there back into my account which asked me to add debt card which then I did to keep getting the message to add a debt card when I repeatedly did that with no luck so I called and was told that I had to add my ACH information so I did that to then get an error message so I called back told them that that wasn’t working as well to then be sent to a third party payment office that informed me that I was blocked from adding in my ach information because of some credit situation I had no idea about so I then proceeded to ask them how was going to withdrawal my money out they had no answer for me I couldn’t add a debt card or my ach information to withdrawal but I could add it to add funds doesn’t make any sense and feel like I have completely been scammed and truly Bothered by it

I have won multiple times and have attempted to withdraw my funds. I initially thought it was a glitch, but when I attempted several different days, I still got the error. I contacted IGT the payment processing company and for whatever reason, they can’t set up my account. So they can take a deposit no problem, but won’t allow me to withdraw. Seems like a scam to me! Additionally, the app is constantly crashing and I have to logout and log in to continue. Funny enough that when I’m on a winning streak on any particular game, after winning several times the game gets an “unexpected error “ and I have to play a different game or logout. For a state lottery site this app is sketchier than a random gambling app. I have lost a decent amount of winnings because of the inability to withdraw. Who can I contact regarding this issue? This is flat out scamming if I’m only able to deposit and not withdraw!

I’d say, the app certainly is not a scam. My mom just one 1k playing keno on the app and went to the office to pick up. Clearly you can win.But I signed up, it allowed me to use a debit card to make my deposit. Try to withdraw and it tells me I have no bank account so they cancel. I delete the debit card, add the bank account, make another deposit using bank account, do a withdrawal and it still tells me I can't make a withdrawal. Service rep tells me, the deposit came from the card again, even though I chose checking account. She is just going to mail me the check.I would suggest, in the set up process, do not let a debit card or credit card be an option for a first deposit, make it a bank account since a withdrawal can never occur back to a debit or credit card. So I give 1 star because the deposit/withdrawal is not user friendly and whats the use of playing through mobile if you can't collect your winnings through mobile?
