Visualization of penalties New popup that informs about penalties that have been applied automatically during the checkin process. The penalties that can be visualised directly from the app are: • mileage limit exceeded • missing fuel • retarded return Insertion of numeric values (such as mileage) The design for the direct input of numeric values was redesigned and is now more user friendly.

Thanks to the app Car Rental Checklist you cannot only complete the checklists for checkouts and checkins of your vehicles and track your fleet movements, but from now on you can also sign your rental documents digitally and remove all the paperwork thanks to the new "advanced grafometric signatures" function.

From today on, Car Rental Checklist is finally available for iPhone as well. Car Rental Software, the car rental management package even more performant with the new iPhone app integrated within the system. Don’t forget to try the app in DARK MODE! Additionally, new features were added to the app to enhance its overall functionality: BASE MANAGER PIN AND MANUAL LOGOUT This new function allows the base manager to insert its personal PIN only once, without any automatic logout. Even you prefer how it was done before, change the PIN settings for the base manager in your control panel. DOUBLE-CHECK BEFORE STARTING We’ve added a new popup to the procedure that summarises everything related to the checklist that has to be compiled before actually loading it. In this way you can double-check the following information: •Movement number •Driver name •Vehicle registration plate •Base •Base manager name AUTOMATIC FUEL DIFFERENCE CALCULATION We’ve added a new function that automatically calculates the difference between the vehicle’s fuel level when the vehicle has left your premises and when it returns. If a difference of at least one tick is revealed, the system will register automatically a penalty for the given contract and show you all the details on the control panel. RESISTANT TICKS Got tired of ticking the same boxes every time you have to fill in the checklist, knowing that this and that will always be there? Now it’s possibile to recall the previous checklist to pre-fill the checklist to do upon request. In this way you’re even faster getting everything done.
