Enhancements: You can now receive purchase orders with ERP Mobile. The receiving process lets you create receipts forpurchased items that have been delivered. The items can then be distributed to departments, and invoices for theitems can be matched with the receipts. This feature is now available on Mobile ERP. Bug Fixes: 1.) User Notes created on the server ERP application for par cart and order-guide lines were not propagating to the iPad par cart and order-guide lines.This problem has been resolved so that the user notes icon and text appear as designed on the iPad. 2.) A checkbox on the User Profile Authorities tab -- Allow Inventory Quick Issue – controls access to theiPad’s Requisitions menu.

Enhancements: Scanning of GTIN values is available on the iPad for physical inventory, picking, quick issues, inventory return, requisitioning, and par carts. This update includes bug fixes as well. Please see release notes on the app for more information.

Enhancement Summary. >User Notes for Par Carts/Order Guides (Force Sync or Reset is recommended to enable this feature in iPad). You can display Par Carts / Order Guides user notes on items from the mobile ERP application. The user note icon appears next to any item in a par carts/order guide item list that has notes. if the notes for the item are too long, the system truncate them on the list. However, tap the item twice to display item details and you will see complete user notes at the bottom of the item details pop-up. You can scroll the User Notes box by touching it with a finger.

Single Sign On (SSO) to mobile ERP is available. You can sign on to ERP Mobile using the same credentials that you normally use to sign on to your site’s internal network. (This is an optional feature and requires setup) The pick feature now has two options: you can immediately go to the next pick, or you can view all available picks, and select the one to work with. The New Version of 1.9.0 Contains Following Enhancements. --- Requisitioning: You can now create regular requistiions from your iPad. > On the Mobile menu, tap Order, then tap Requisitions. > Select the organization and asset location where the items for the requisition are inventoried. > Enter the item number to be requisitioned. You can scan the barcode on the item, or search for the item. - Click the search symbol to search. Select a manufacturer for the item, then select the item. > The application displays a panel for the quantity to request. Enter a Quantity, and a Patient ID (if needed) - Tap Add. The item appears on the Requisition window. You can add more items if you wish. > When you are finished adding items to the requisition, tap Finish Now. > Tap the right arrow to select the department that you are issuing items to. > Click Finish Now. A message appears that ERP is creating the requisition. When the requisition is successfully created, and sent to the ERP server, a Success message appears, with the newly created requisition number. The new version 1.5 contains these enhancements. Organization and asset location are initially selectable. After signing in, you identify the initial organization and the asset location whose data you wish to use. You can then proceed to work with par groups, deliveries, a physical inventory, or a pick – whatever you planned to do. ------To filter by organization: Enter an organization ID into the Search window. ------To filter by asset location: For the organization of interest, select the asset location. Only the organizations and asset locations specified in your User Profile are available. This enhancement is designed to improve process efficiency for users of the mobile application. Important:: This enhancement is a change from previous behavior. Before this release, the organization and asset location were set to the defaults when you signed in to the mobile application. With this release, you must identify the organization/asset location that you initially wish to work with. Of course, you can subsequently change to another organization/asset location. The item MIN (manufacturer item number) is now displayed on picks. The MIN appears on the upper right of the pick screen. -----If an item has multiple MINs for the same Vendor Item Number (VIN), the default is the primary MIN. -----A MIN is truncated if it is too long for the display space. -----When an item has no MIN (rarely), the display space is blank. When item descriptions are similar, it is easy to select the wrong item in a pick. Displaying the MIN on a pick screen will provide more information so that users can better differentiate items. The problem occurred because only one item vendor record was being synced from the server to the iPad. This problem has been fixed. Users can now look up an item by any MIN/VIN or other field that is currently searchable on the iPad. The lookup works for secondary item vendor records as well as records for the primary vendor. The PremierConnect ERP application for iPad lets you perform key tasks for hospital supply chain distribution and management. You can requisition items via order guides, par carts, and quick issues/returns, create pick lists for single requisitions, record deliveries, and perform physical inventory counts using simple iPad gestures and the barcode scanner. The app interfaces with server-side data in PremierConnect ERP, updates the data, and automatically creates requisitions. Version (1.3.5) provides transparent access to Premier’s new data center in Culpeper, VA. There are no changes to features or user tools.
