This disease is so overwhelming. Your body is addicted to carbs and sugar. You’re on medication that’s not good for your organs. The medication along with what you’re eating is poisoning your liver and kidneys. You want to stop taking the medication but afraid of what it’s going to do to you if you just stop. You know big pharmaceutical companies has taught your doctors to push these medications no matter what. So you don’t feel like they have your best interest at heart. There is no doubt you need to do your own research on things because you know yourself better than anyone else. It’s overwhelming because you know how you feel but explaining it makes you feel like you don’t know what you’re saying. Your mind is constantly thinking about all these things that you need to fix because no one else is going to fix them only patch you and change the medication so you can try something else. Thank you Dr Berg for being an ambassador for true healthy living. My journey changed about two months ago by taking your challenge with time restricted eating and the Keto lifestyle. Your videos have really opened my eyes to how lulled and complacent I had gotten thinking my diet was “OK” but was really on a dangerous road to most likely serious health issues if something didn’t change. I’m 54 yr old male and was at 198lbs pretty much struggling to maintain. With intermittent eating, 18/6, and the keto diet today, 11/01, I’m at 176lbs and feel absolutely fantastic!
