Don’t waste your time or money

Sumpple support is a joke. I’ve had a problem with my camera and I’ve been emailing back and forth FOR OVER 2 WEEKS and they still haven’t helped me. The only way to contact support is by email and you’ll be really lucky if they get back to you within 2 or 3 days. I REALLY REALLY REALLY wish I’d spent my money elsewhere. I’d honestly give them no stars if I could. And the lack of reviews here shows you that this is not a quality product.

We stopped getting notifications. So I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it hoping it would fix the problem, but now when logging into my account, I get a "server exception" error message telling me to try again later. FIX THIS!!!Update: they did get everything working again but now a month later, the cam is down again! Emailed the company and did get some dialog going but it has stopped and nothing is fixed.
Love it..when it works.

Use to be 4 options under camera view. Now I only get music and the snap/record/call one. No camera movement or set views anymore. Go with a better company like nest...this is going into the garbage
